I had the best experience purchasing my car (Audi Q5) from Bellevue Auto House. The staff was nice and personable - nothing like the car dealers at the big box stores that my husband and I encountered on our search for the right car. Bellevue Auto House had a car I was interested in, so I went in there despite reading the bad reviews. I found it hard to believe the Yelp reviews that they assault customers. But it's true! Alan, an owner, had a complete meltdown in front of us. It was during the middle of a discussion in his office, he suddenly snapped out of nowhere. Came home today with a beautiful red BMW from these folks. I went to look at another, much more expensive car. Peter, the sales associate, listened to what I needed, and steered me to this one. It saved me a good deal of money, and I'm delighted with the car. The whole experience was low key and friendly. Alan even threw in protective wrapping for my rear bumper! I would recommend these people as a very good option if you are looking to drive something very nice without having to pay the new car penalty.

Just bought an Audi Q7 from Bellevue Auto House, The sales people are very knowledgeable and professional, Very friendly staff and an inventory of amazing cars like I had never seen before. Alfredo was very courteous and easy to work with. I got a fair value for my accord that I traded.I recommend them to all my friends and family.
