Brought my vehicle in for new tires, an alignment and front brakes and they were honest enough to tell me I didn't need brakes, the alignment would fix my issue. Saved me some money and fixed my problem. Great maintenance warranty on the tires too. Friendly professional service.
I came down to get new tires for my explorer. They call me to explain they see other problems with my car, give me tell me how much it would cost. So far seems like a good business but I'm just here for tires. The next day I am home showing off my new tires and I see that the front passenger tire only has 4 of the 5 lugs on it. I start looking closers and realize another lug is finger loose. It's a fucking tire store, if you can't get that right...................
Got a great price on great tires! Called ahead and set up an appointment, arrived a few minutes late and was still in and out with new tires in under 45 minutes.

Originally purchased my tires in Lansing, it was a quick painless process. I picked up a nail in my front tire and needed the tire repaired while in traverse city, it's been 2 1/2 hours and my car hasn't even been looked at. The crazy thing is, it's not that busy!!!! Still sitting in the 9 chair lobby. Zzzzzzz.......
