Every time I visit, at least one person stands out as exceptional. This time it was Joe - for keeping me informed, patiently answering my questions and tolerating my obnoxious repartee 🤣 Belle gets it done - thoroughly, and with many kind people who all seem to legitimately enjoy their jobs. I continue giving them my business because of the great people!
I was traveling to Northern Michigan for a family wedding. My breaks went out along with a few other things. Ryan got my car right in and first thing in the morning, he and his crew fixed all of the repairs in record time! The car drove like new! I highly recommend Belle Tire. They did a fantastic job taking care of my car.

Always great service and fair prices
Had a recent encounter with this store and particularly Mike. They made a mistake but handled it superbly and went above and beyond. Best customer service we have had ANYWHERE in a long time.
was quoted a price after giving the vehicle information but was charged a higher price because they said it took an extra quart of oil. they should have known this when I gave the vehicle info.
I realize that a lot of people are changing to snow tires. But, to make me wait over three hours for a wheel rotation is ridiculous. There are only two people in the lobby. No way you can’t get mine done. Not my fault that it is due and I’m not paying. I spent $700 on the tires just months ago.
Always above and beyond the call of duty. Great manager in Joe Gremel... excellent and helpful staff... and always trustworthy service. Always. Thanks again for being theree.
