Made an appointment and waited till I said something about my vehicle till they realized it wasn’t in the shop yet when they were in the lobby watching baseball

Told the sales associate SEVERAL times I didn’t want the protection plan and I didn’t want the alignment inspection. Wow guess what. Almost 80$ tacked onto the bill for things I already couldn’t afford. I don’t recommend them to anybody.

Poor quality work, if it is even done. Only thing they are good at is over charging for repairs that get done half assed if at all.
Ryan Hogarth provided amazing customer service. Ran some sort of nail over last night, woke up with a flat and within an hour my tire was patched & ready to pick up! Will 100% send all my friends and family to you guys! Very impressed & will be back! (Hopefully not for a while! �) thanks again!
Just a bunch of no talent, uneducated, wannabe mechanics that can't do anything but half ass a job and hack shit together. Customer service is shit, the piece of shit that runs the place is a huge tool, and half the staff thinks they work for NASA or some shit! You change tires and fix minor vehicle problems that the average person may not be able to, your not launching a rocket into space! Take your vehicle down the street people, you will be much happier.
