An overall excellent experience. I ordered my tires, and scheduled my appointment online (which was just 2 days later). The website was very complete and easy to use, and there was good follow up via email immediately confirming everything. I showed up at my scheduled time, and my vehicle was in the bay being worked on within 10 minutes, and the 4 new tires were installed and the work completed in just over an hour. Had battery service recharge light come on, they able get me in quick installed ac Delco alternator, serpentine belt, all squealing noise loose serpentine belt gone what excellent place want best no wait look.no further thanks Marshall!!!.

Booked a year of aliments for my tow car that gets 11,000 miles a month on it. First time in there once i heard of the deal. Sr you need a cam offset bolt to do your aliment. Oh yea bell tire. My car comes factory with all cam offset bolts. So you trying to sell me one is a scam. NEVER heard of this out there month since. A typical scam tire places do. At 340,000 miles i go in for the 7th aliment. They do it and say they will never be able to get the aliment in the green without replacing my rear struts. There worn out. Only... read more

It was hailing near this location so I pulled my new $70,000 Dodge Hellcat in their garage. The manager came at me all bowed up and kicked me out of the garage and back into the hail. He said they needed to get another car out but none was ready. He then shut the door. He didnt have to help me but he didn't have to kick me out to get hail damage. I hope his life improves. I swear to God I will never get a tire there and I live down the street. Thanks for the help.

I went to Belle Tire on Illinois Rd. in Fort Wayne Indiana on Saturday May 1st. My experience was horrific because I have never experienced un professionalism and nonchalant behavior to that extent ever in my life. I have been in customer service for 16 plus years now and I know how a customer is supposed to be treated. I came in because my truck won't get tracking in the snow ,I was certain they was going to over sale me on a bunch of work I didn't need. They did the exact opposite told me exactly what was wrong and where I needed to go get it fixed. THANKS 👍🏾

Took my Jeep Wrangler in to get new tires when I got there they went to pull my keep in the shop and said they couldn’t get it started, they helped me push it into the shop and looked over everything also jumped my battery and told me how to fix this problem (starter cylinoid) and also told me an easy trick if it happens again all for free. Took my vehicle here a week ago for an alignment. Tony questioned why I thought I needed an alignment. I explained I put bigger tires on my vehicle and know it needs to be aligned. He told me that going to a car shop is like going to a dentist, once they get looking at it there could be numerous things wrong, which is so true when the vehicle is inspected properly.
