They were overpriced and tried to sell me something I don’t need. Decided I wanted to go elsewhere and they held my car hostage for at least a half hour. Never going back.
When we arrived we were told 2hours...here we are 3.5-4 hours later- poor service!
They started work on my car without me signing anything OR talking to me. When i told them to stop doing work that i DIDN'T Authorize, they got mad at ME!! Won't be back.
The customer service is the best. I prefer going to Belle Tire than the dealer ship. The people are friendlier. They are timely and professional.
They were able to fix my tire that had a large lag bolt stuck in it. The tires are old, not made any more, so if the couldn't have made the repair, it would have cost me $1100+ for new tires all around. Thank you Belle Tire!
Twice this location has saved me! Driving home at 7pm I hear something clinking on my tire, pull over and find a huge screw. Immediately I'm upset. Where am I going go to fix it at 7 pm on the night before the 4th of July. It surly would be flat by Wednesday morning when I'm due back at work before anything opens.I pulled in here and they had my tire fixed in less then 30 minutes and it was free. Had a horrible experience with a almost brand new tire that blew out the sidewall within a month. They still charged me to install a new tire, and wouldn’t do anything about the rim that was damaged in the process. Last time I use belle tire!
