I went in for a tire repair and they took great care of me, despite being super busy. I appreciated it.
I stopped into Belle Tire today to see if they patch nail holes. They got me right in and I barely waited 25 minutes. When my tire was fixed, the employee named Matt Maceri told me there was no charge and to buy my baby a toy instead. (I am due to have my daughter in 2 days). I left completely shocked by this act of kindness! They will have my business again in the future when I can repay them. It made my whole day and I sincerely appreciated them taking care of me so soon to bringing home my daughter!! Thank you!!! �
The staff at this location were amazing! I took my van in with a warranty repair claim. I was fully expecting to wait at least 2-3 days to have the repairs and warranty claim completed. (Last time I took my van in to the dealership for warranty work they had it for 3 WEEKS!) To my surprise I had my van back within a few hours. Wish I had seen this page before going here. Went in for new tires. Made an appointment a week in advance, arrived 45 minutes early, didn’t get out of there until 2 hours after my appointment time. Partly my fault as I had entered my phone # wrong but I was sitting in the lobby for about an hour and a half, they never brought my car out or called out my name. They gouged up 3 of my rims. Went in for 4 new tires, then told I needed to have my shocks/struts replaced "immediately" for a cost of $1,300, I laughed and asked if I was getting "punked", This right after I listened to same guy tell another woman about all the addt'l, expensive repairs she would need, and trying to pressure her to open a belle credit card. And to top it off, my wheel covers are all gouged up, Never going there again!!
Yesterday at 1:30 I came in with my 2016 f 150 with 45000 miles on it to get first set of new tires on the truck I didn't get a mile down Gratiot and my advance traction control light came on so I bought it back and we were looking at the tires when we noticed the chrome rims were all chewed up I was told the district manager will call us but it's been 24 hours and no call yet I will call the corporate phone number and see what happens
They where fast and courteous. The put one of my old tires on my spare and didn't charge me I'll go back.
Quality work in a hurry. My flat was covered and they put it on for me.
Tried selling us shocks and struts we didn’t need , over charged for breaks, then when we said we were taking it elsewhere, took half an hour for them to bring car out “because someone was finishing their lunch.” That’s what they literally said. Will never use this place again
