i really don't appreciate how my elderly mother went in for new tires and they tried to swindle her into $1,000 worth of work that she doesn't.

Horrible customer service. I was told to be back in 2 1/2 hrs for only a tire rotation. I came back in 3 after not receiving a call, just to find out my vehicle hadn't even been started yet. The worst part is that when I asked for my keys back because I wasn't waiting any longer, the guy gave me an attitude saying, "I'm sure you were told how long you would have to wait.". Best service!!! My car battery decided to die in the parking lot across the street from them. As panic started to set in, I look up and see Belle Tire!! Walked over right when they were about to close and they ended up taking care of it in no time! Very professional team over there! Even when you know they just want to close and go home, they helped anyways and did so very professionally.
My 73 year old mom went there on Monday. Waited two hours for them to put her spare donut on so they could order her a new tire and rim. My dad is in the nursing home just up the road and she visits him daily. Today is Thursday and she has been driving 40 miles one way on a spare. They feel no urgency or compassion. Shame on them.
Just stopped in to buy some new tires on their big Sunday sale! Kevin helped me get exactly what I needed and made the experience as painless as possible😊 thanks for the great service!
