They care nothing about the customer. 23 and Gratiot store manager Matthew is an a hole and the district manager Mike is just as bad if not worse. Spend your money where your respected its not here.

came in town to see my son who has cancer. As I was leaving that evening I noticed I had a head lamp out. So the next morning I went to Belle Tire told a gentleman named Matt my problem and that I had two pick up family members from the airport in Detroit. He told me to get both of them fixed because the other one probably not far behind quoted me a very fair price and I asked how long and he said as quick as he could. I had a flat tire when I woke up on the biggest snow day so far this year. They took care of my problem in record time and didn't charge me a dime. I am so grateful. This store is my go to place when I need tires etc.
By not trying to sell you things you don't need and fixing the things you are supposed to fix.

It was a very hot day and my car had no air conditioning. I called and talked to Kevin and he said if we could get there quickly, he could possibly get the AC fixed. An hour later we were back on the road with working AC. My girlfriend and I thank you very much!
