They always take good care of my family! Such a great business in our community!
Was scheduled for a tire repair at 9am. Arrived five minutes early and was told my car would be the next one pulled back. I went to breakfast with my children, came back a half hour later and my car hadn't moved. I waited a few minutes and asked for an estimate of how long it would be before my car was worked on. I was told they had "no idea" because they were short on help but my car was next. I asked for my keys back and left; I won't be back for any other tire repairs or to replace my tires.
I bought tires here last year and returned today to get a little air added in this cold weather. The place was packed and full of customers trying to navigate around each other. Instead of showing stress or impatience at least 3 guys smiled and clearly communicated where to go. Bonus is they had me pull up for the pressure check instead of using the self serve free air. Brrrr!
I had to wait 4 hours to get a flat tired fixed, that they did not fix the first time and waited 2.5 hours.
Great experiences here! Always been very helpful with my almost flat tires and never even charged me to fix!
