Shame you fur the ridiculous estimate you have my mom for a muffler. Thank Goodness for other customer who recommended someone else and it s under a $100 for what she needed instead of 1200.00 you told her. And she just came in to have air in her tires checked and guys stood there after being asked to check the air staring at her smirking as she said it and tried to tell her the tires did not need air. I she is 77 years old and deserves more respect than that! You screwed me over 9 years ago on my suburban also. Do better!

Recommended**Negative stars** First they pulled my wrong vehicle in the bay and I had to tell them it wasn’t a Ranger, it was an Escape (he apparently just pushed the panic button). Note... they aren’t even the same color and sat on opposite sides of the lot. Then I asked him to put my spare back on since he “couldn’t” service it; my husband left with the spare in the back of my pickup. We were never given an estimate, prior to work. My brother was putting air in his tire last night at belle tire. And the valve stem broke. tire went flat. He had my 79 year old mother who is in a wheelchair with him. when asked if they could help him they said they were to busy. And to leave the car overnight. it was close to closing time. he then asked if they could at least help get the tire off so he could put the spare on to get her home.
