I just had a great experience at Bell Tire. The staff was very friendly - especially Bruce. He was great with communicating what was wrong with my car (and what was being done to fix it), worked my car into their busy schedule, and was just generally so kind. Really let down by Belle Tire. Yesterday they said they’d have my tires at the Fenton location by 10 today. They said they’d call around 10am To confirm. At 1pm I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They put me on hold...did some scrambling around and said they don’t Have my tires. I am from Chicago and I was in Michigan visiting family when I got a flat tire. I called Belle Tire in Hartland and Bruce was able to get my car in ASAP knowing I had to travel back to Illinois the next day. I thought I had to get new tires but Bruce was honest and explained that just a patch was needed and that the tires were still in good shape. No pressure to spend on tires when it wasn’t necessary. I needed my golf cart tire replaced and called around to a few tire centers thinking this was no big deal. Everyone said sorry, it takes a special machine we don't have nor want the risk. I decided to walk in the Hartland Belle Tire and explain I really needed this changed and before I finish my request, Bruce said "Yes, we can do that, no problem" I gave him the tire and within two hours received a text, your tire is ready for pickup. 5 stars for sure, thank you Bruce

Amazing customer service!
I have to thank everyone at Belle Tire in Hartland, MI on M-59. My daughter is a nurse at Beaumont hospital, on the front lines of the Coronavirus situation. She needed her oil changed, and had to wake up early due to working the midnight shift that night. She called and was told to bring her car right in and was put to the front of the line because she is a first responder. They were so kind and helpful about her situation. Thank you Belle Tire.
