Belle Tire saved me from having a rotten day yesterday! I was an hour from home with a tire that wouldn't hold air and 3 kiddos in the car with me. Pulled into Belle praying that I would not need a new tire as money is tight, and that it would be quick. They looked really busy...The fella at the counter said it would be an hour. About 25 minutes later he calls me up and says I'm all set. No charge. I wanted to hug him! They fixed my tire for free in a fraction of the time and the kids and I were back on the road! Love this place buy all my tires here. I just stopped today had a tire from my old Jeep that had leak around bead I dropped it off came back later and there was no charge and they even put in a new valve stem. Wow thats just old fashion service. Thanks a million guys. Belle tire is the best
Took car in on Saturday morning, got call half hour later saying i needed a new tire cause the nail was in the sidewall. Asked the guy on Saturday when they would get the tire. (Common tire that fits alot of cars) was told Tuesday morning. Here it is Thursday afternoon JUST got the call it was done. Look at the receipt when I got home and it says I declined an alignment I NEVER even got asked about plus when I went to go pick up the car the guy asked if I declined a freedom plan I NEVER even got asked about. Called to make an appointment for an alignment, was told just bring it in any time they don't do appointments for that. Brought it in and was told hour and a half wait, try when they are not busy. Still couldn't make an appointment. Ridiculous, won't be back.
Went to get tire repaired, punctured by bolt ( I saw the bolt in tire ). Guy checked tire said no puncture, just replaced valve stem. Even said he dipped tire in water (no bubbles, so no leak). I was like really!!! Walked out to car to leave....tire half flat. Went back in told them you need to recheck my tire , it is half flat already. Took it back in...what do you know.... another inflated tire and could hear it leaking. He plugged puncture from bolt.
