Had an emergency repair done. These guys got it done in no time. Fanatastic service. They continue to earn my business every time. They went above and beyond by doing a rotation too. It’s a new car so I did not buy tires there, but they treated me as if I had. You know I will buy from them, when it’s time.
I made an appointment on line to get new tires, I get there and I’m told there is a problem with the inventory and they do not have to tires I ordered, no email or call letting me know the tires were not available, but they tell me a more expensive set can be acquired later in the day.
Apparently they are busy? All I need is a flat tire fixed! These guys have been standing around for over 5 min now. (Wouldn’t let me post a pic) Apparently the beam needs to be held up! Apparently they cannot work without direct supervision. Apparently this isn’t the place to go get a flat tire fixed! Most of this crew appears to have no energy! Will never use this belle tire again.
Lucky to get there after work as I had a tire losing air on my Sierra. It was raining and cool, so wasn’t looking forward to changing it by the side of the road. Arrived just after 5pm, and was out by 6:00. They repaired the tire and there was no charge even though I had bought the tires elsewhere. I will be coming back with my business. Thanks guys.
Got a notification in my car that my tire pressure was low, I brought it to belle tire, they found a nail in it, and fixed it for free! Which totally made my day! Thank you!
Over the last 2 days I have sat for over 3 hours just to get a nail removed from a tire. Last night after an hour I asked for my keys back, no big deal, I just had to leave. Asked to make an appointment for tomorrow. Told they don’t make appointments. I’d be curious to know what you do take appointments for because after 2 hours of sitting there today I watched a woman come in after me and pick up her car before mine had even moved from my parking spot.
