Aaron And Rob did an excellent job getting my car new tires and checking the alignment. I was out of the store in a flash. Thanks guys!
Overall pretty satisfied with the new tire installation. Was told that I needed a tie rod end and alignment after that. I went ahead and had it done. They included an oil change, which I did need. Jesse was a great help and very pleasant. The only issue I did have was the grease all over my drivers side car mat and some on the steering wheel when I left. Um....yuk! Would have been nice if the tech could have put some mat protection down and wiped off the wheel.
Had called and set up a tire rotation, balance and alignment day before...Rob said it's set up and you will have to be in at 8am and be on your way by 10am... got in the next day at 8am and was told we don't know what your talking about and if you want that done...it will be a good few hours... my time is very precious and I will NOT deal with those that LIE... this whole company is B.S. DO NOT SUPPORT BELLE TIRE...���
Awesome service! I got a flat tire on my way home from work, and I called at 740 and they closed at 8 they told me to come on in. The guys were AWESOME, they were super friendly and nice, even though they had to stay 25 mins late. Great experience overall!
Awesome service! These guys keep it real on price and are very helpful with product knowledge. Also, very trustworthy with high-end concave wheels.
