I woke up to a flat tire this morning. Needless to say it put an extreme strain on my day. I went to Bell Tire with my mother and we were quite directionless. Cody Fridlund, from the Alpine location, was so refreshing to work with. He could sense our frustration and went above and beyond to take care of us. I stopped in today after my tire was punctured and they took care of me right away. Cody was so polite and made sure he let me know how long to expect. I was so relieved and grateful that they took such great of me! 👍🏽
I’ve always experienced such kindness here! This morning I pulled up to use their free air system and a gentleman waiting to go into work hopped up and aired my tires for me. And just earlier this week, I was airing up another vehicle there and asked if they sold valve caps, and two employees-that appeared to be on a lunch break-went searching for two I needed, and didn’t charge me. Next time I need anything tire related, they’ll have my business for sure!

I showed up at 7:45 pm last night (15 minutes before closing) with my wife's car up on a tow truck. She had a flat tire, but after hours of trying, we just couldn't get the wheel off, it was stuck on. These guys helped me out when I was desperate and didn't charge me a penny. I will be back to buy a new set of tires, soon.
I have been a long time and loyal customer to Discount Tire. Yesterday DT didn’t have tires for my car and I was in need of a new set so I tried Belle Tire. The staff was polite and helpful, they got my car in and out in an hour (I usually wait 2-3 hours at DT) and they were about $100 lower in cost than what I was quoted at DT. Very impressed and will definitely be going back!
Even though I had never been at Belle Tire before, the tire repair was free! Belle has gained a customer!
