I had an appointment at noon to get my winter tires on. At 1:20, they hadn't even started! I asked what was the point of making an appointment is,and the answer was, and I quote "there were appointments before you, we got backed up, that happens." Are you kidding me? There was plenty of chatting and standing around. You couldn't give me an update? Then you had to scramble to find the paperwork? What I think is you forgot about me. Unacceptable.
