Started off simple. I ordered new tires and set up an appointment to get them on. No biggie right? Oh was I wrong. Dropped it off on a Tuesday at 430pm and 24 hours later I have my truck back. The boys started working on it and informed me it was going to be a lot longer of a project and to come back the next day. My lug nuts were seizing and not wanting to come off. I have spent over 4k here in the last two weeks and have had to bring my vehicles back five times, the level of incompetence here is astounding. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have been a loyal customer since this location opened but that has changed now after my experience today. My 80k mile tires have 18k on them I blow a tire out and still cost my 95 dollars to get a new sixty-five thousand mile tire put on. So I get fifteen thousand less miles tire. Without road hazard it would cost 109.00 so what is the point of road hazard. This is a SCAM!!! LAST time I ever go to belle tire again!!! Sincerely, your lost loyal customer William S. Holmes

very sneaky people,....my friend went there and they said by law they couldnt do the tire work because the struts were broke..they even gave his the "broken strut".....my friend then took the car to his mechanic and they said the strut they gave him wasnt even from his car!!! WATCH OUT FOR THESE CROOKS

These days it’s truly hard to find excellent customer service anywhere anymore. Not here!! They continue to go above and beyond every single time I visit their location. Jim helped me this evening and was so kind, smiling, friendly and very helpful. He fixed my problem tire and even fixed another issue that he discovered that should have cost me $60 and charged me NOTHING!! Felt so good to have someone do something so nice. Thank you!! You have a customer for life. Keep up the great work and kudos to a great staff!!

the best I have ever had to work with as far as getting my car repaired will go to bell tire always service and front counter people are great they can not do enough to get you back on the road fast and safe. I will tell all to go to bell tire on south penn.
