RecommendedI needed a tire ASAP and they had one for my car I stopped at 2 other tire stores by my work they didn't have any for my car.
Ordered a set of tires last week and because of the holiday my scheduled time to install was today July 5th. Well the rebate ended on July 2nd so now I’m screwed for a rebate. Had I known I would have paid for them when I ordered. I was never told. Guess it’s back to discount tire.
Went for a tire rotation and oil change… Felix said I was “suppose” to have synthetic oil and it would cost me $74.99 for an oil change. I stated I always just get the standard oil change it’s what I’ve always gotten in the 1 1/2 years I’ve owned my car. He basically refused and said I HAD to have synthetic. Needless to say I left without an oil change and took my car down the street to valvoline who gave me the standard oil change a hell of a lot cheaper. Felix should be ash… See more
They were very kind and beat the prices of 4 other tire places. They did order one wrong wheel which they fixed and cut my bill down. great service

Adrian was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating! I had a funeral to get to out of town and my tires would not stay inflated, so I couldn't drive out of town on them. The wait for service was quite long, but he was able to squeeze me in due to the urgent circumstances, and got me back on the road in no time, so I was able to make it to the funeral. I will never forget his kindness and understanding! Thank you so much, Adrian and Belle Tire!
Actually performing the shop labor that they are paid to do would be a start in the right direction. I paid for two headlights to be replaced and they only replaced one.They also broke the headlight assembly when changing the bulb. I had to have them replace the headlight assembly which they never lined up right and blamed my car for the issue. I just did the job myself for 30 minutes both lights, and they charged two hours labor to do "both" headlights.
Wonderful service. 10/10!
