I used the Belle Tire "Found a better price" feature while shopping for tires online. The tires I wanted to buy where a size that Belle didn't stock, although they did sell other tires from the same manufacturer. The Area Manager worked it out so that I got the size tire I needed and they still honored their Best Price Gaurantee even though they didn't stock them. You can't beat a Deal like that! Props to Belle Tire!

I was in & out in a short time for a tire rotation today, & once before when a lug nut was not tight enough I lost a rim, but they replaced it without charge to me. They did tell me they wouldn't rotate my tires on my Prius at 55,000 miles because the tread was too thin, so I got new tires & hope they will last longer than the factory ones did.

Didn't have tires in stock that I picked out online.At Discount Tire shows tires in stock or not, other then that good service.

The store located at 6615 Pennsylvania ave Lansing its horrible!!! They did 1200 dollars worth of damage to a car and then denied they did the damage!!! Refused to pay for what there so called mechanics screwed up. They dumped a contaminate into the break master cylinder and it messed up everything. When I asked if they was going to be responsible for all the damage they said no we didn't do it you must have done it. But they gladly handed me a repair bill saying this is what your now buying because we won't admit we screwed... read more

Had an emergency for a tire change for a flat and refused to allow my Coast Guard son to go to front of line even though explained twice he had to be back on base in New Jersey by 11 pm. Said wait in line like everyone else. At least 2 hours. No support for our local military.
