YOUR shop was responsible for that mans car while it was in YOUR possession. YOUR careless worker chose to drive erratically (to the point he many be under the influence on narcotics/alcohol based upon the serverity of the damage) and totaled a customers vehicle. You all are refusing to pay for the wrong that was made. Very disappointing, thankfully this is a viral incident and is being seen from across the nation (in in STL, MO), and we will make sure his voice is heard. See you in court ❤️, justice.

You guys need to take full responsibility for your employees action. If you all were in the predicament they were in you’d want the same. It’s the middle of winter and now that person has to be carless and in more debt for someone else’s stupidity.
