I've gone to Belle Tire for tires for many years and always been more than satisfied with their service. This time I took my car in for an oil change. I cannot abide the hassle at the oil change establishments---always trying to up-sale what you went in for, I suspect to the point of lying about what you "need." I decided to try Belle instead. Great service quickly. They never try to upsell me, and don't talk down to this engineer who hates that more than anything. Recommend them for sure!
We needed tires on our way up north, walked in after 12:30, walked out at 1:10! Awesome customer service!

You had one task to do very simple. What did you do total it.
Totaling someone’s car and not fixing or paying for it just because they don’t have gap insurance is awful. Might be legal, might not, all I know is that’s bad business.
