Managers lie about setting an 8 am appointment for an A/C recharge, only to tell you it would be a couple hours later. After, loudly embarrassing them with my objections. They brought my truck in to do the job. Less than an hour, it was cooling nicely. $195.00
The manager at the Carpenter Rd. (Ann Arbor) Frank H. is outstanding. He has been in the business more than 30 years and is exceptionally knowledgeable about tires, alignments and the other services which Belle offers. He is very honest and never tries to sell more than is needed. He communicates well, and always has the best interest of the customer at heart. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well deserved.
I have gone to Belle Tire for several years. I recently inquired about new tires & a tune up. I was advised that I didn’t need tires yet but they perform a tune up. I really appreciated their honesty & didn’t just want to sell me tires. When it comes time for tires I will definitely get my tires from Belle Tire.
I came in today with my fiancé for two new tires. Upon arriving I asked if there was another chair I can sit in as I am pregnant and it is very obvious being 38 weeks. The man said due to the corona virus he could only allow the chairs that were out, they could have put me in a corner and I would have been content. Instead I had to sit on the bench outside in the cold and snow until a chair became available. Extremely poor customer service.
