One of your negligent drivers totaled out a customer’s car and you all are failing to pay his remaining balance on what he owes for the vehicle? As much money as this company brings in from its customers and you are leaving this man dry on account of YOUR employees error. It’s shameful and I know to never spend another dollar at Belle Tire. I’m not convinced you’d give my vehicle the proper care, and you have proven that if you make errors you won’t own them fully.

As you are aware, a customer’s car was recently damaged beyond repair last month. We are incredibly sorry and disappointed this happened, and had been working with the customer to wholly resolve the situation. You guys are terrible! You will never get my business doing customers like this! Admit to your damn faults careless ass employees!! Pay what you owe for that woman’s car and the employee better had been fired!! Smh!
