Very friendly and efficient the guys were very nice
Just like any other business. The master plan is to keep you coming back. $1400 in work done a couple months ago and they didn't see a part literally right next to what they fixed was bad.....now they want another $1000 to fix that? They literally just lost all of my business and family and friends
During the most difficult crisis of my life, I found myself in dire need of new tires (at the same time everyone needed new tires due to the extreme weather). I called on Adam McGuire yesterday AM and explained the situation; he immediately offered to help- at my convenience and even delivered my car back to me at Rose Arbor Hospice in less than an hour . Thank you for your compassion. May your kindness be returned to you 100 fold! You have earned a customer for life!

I got new tires and when I got home I noticed my hub cap was missing I went back and they ordered me a replacement at no cost and took it a step further. I had painted the gmc logo on my hubcaps, they even painted the logo to match my others. Great customer service!
Hands down the best place to go for new tires or minor vehicle repair. I come from a small town in the Upper Peninsula where business' pride themselves on quality customer service, I never thought I'd receive similar service in a big ger city but this place definately prides themselves on customer care. You have my business and recommendations for others for as long as I live here. Kudos to everyone in the shop!
