Took our family car here to get a tire fixed/replaced. they said they "fixed" it. i inquired about that since i thought the tire was pretty bad but they said no it was fine and they had no problem fixing it. My wife and 2 little kids picked the car up. drove it for about 30 mins to have the tire completely flat again. I appreciate that they tried to fix it but if you have kids, don't trust these people to fix your tire unless you want to be stranded again....
I needed a valve stem replaced on one of my tires. While sitting in the shop the tire pressure sensor suddenly went bad. $70 to replace it. Really?? It wasn’t bad when I took it in.
I had a flat tire. They repaired it at N/C. It wasn’t even a tire I had bought from them! Great service, great people! Thanks again!!

Stopped in to Belle Tire on West Main today with $500 for some fresh rubber and was politely turned away since they were closing in 40 minutes and it takes “at least 45 minutes” to change out 4 tires. Needless to say Walmart on 9th St was more than happy to take my money. Great deal and service too. I guess every dog has its day.
I don't care where you go to get tires, you are going to wait...so, plan on it. I understand their process and appreciate their efforts. I never walk into a business and think that they are going to put me ahead of everyone else, I'm not special. Belle Tire on M43 and the store on Gull Road are very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend either store. thanks guys!!😁
Have been purchasing Goodyear tires from the West Main store for the past 5 years and will continue to do so. I always know which tires I want before I walk into the store. Staff is friendly and professional.
