Bought 4 new tires for our grandsons car and had the best customer service EVER and I mean EVER!!! We didn’t want to pay top of the line but wanted something safe for him. They explained the tires and the warranties to a T. I’d recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you for such a great experience. ����

I have dealt with the guys at the West Main store a couple of times. My service has always been exceptional. But what impresses me most is listening to the guys talk to other customers. They seem to always provide detail explanations on what needs to be done and why. No pressure just common sense. I just received the most thorough and exacting tire rotation ever. I went to get my tires rotated and mentioned how I was loosing air on 3 of my tires ever so slowly. I arrived 2 hours early for my appointment so I went to lunch after giving them my keys. After lunch I came back and they were done with my car. He told me they dismounted all of my tires cleaned the rims, remounted the tires, balanced and made sure they were rotated in the right sequence. Just had the most amazing service. I was educated on the problems on my car and given direct details on how to avoid problems in the future. They did not treat me like an idiot and took care of the problems in a fast, effectiant way. Great way to start my morning!
I had to have a new wheel installed to replace a damaged one.They were close to the parts store so I wanted to return the old wheel the same day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They also reprogrammed all of my Tire pressure sensors while I waited. The car was as good as new when I left.
I understand that people are busy, but I just being a good person had gone out the window at Belle Tire. I blew my tier out on the way home. It was like 2 minutes until they close. I understand they are closing soon but you would think you could lend someone a quick hand in pooring rain to help put a spare on and sell me a tire the next day. Never mind i guess they don't need my business in the future.
I love this Belle Tire they are fast and dependable. I came here for all the work on my last car and when I was worried about the price as they found more wrong with it they gave me every discount they could even doing an oil change free one time and paying the Tow few another. Today I brought in my Jeep today at 8:30 needing to be to work at 11am and thinking I don't know how late I'm going to be. Looks like I will be to work on time.
