One of the worst experiences at a car repair shop ever! They charged us $180 more than what they had quoted for tires and wheels ! Took several phone calls to resolve it AND when we picked up the car there is a BIG dent on the back bumper !!! They have the audacity to tell me - we are not responsible for the car when its parked outside in the parking lot ! Going to have to contact BBB !!! And share this experience with all of my friends and social media friends !
RecommendedMy husband passed away 2 weeks ago...just before he passed we were going to get tires on my paper route vehicle. My daughter went online placed my order set my appointment time for 8pm on 8-16-18. I received a call from Scott at the West Main Store to inform me they close at 8:00 but if I could get there by 7:30 they would gladly work on my car. Lack of communication seems to be a problem at this location, waited for over 3 hours to finally call and see if my car was ready to be picked up, get there and they didn’t even fix what I asked for because of other issues, a phone call would’ve been appreciated as soon as they found out what was wrong and not to mention I asked for my spare tire to be put back under my jeep and they didn’t even do that. Wasting somebody’s time isn’t good customer service. Do not go here.
I have all my work done here. They are great with communication. They have always been honest with me and my repairs are quick.
On my way North on US 131 today - 290 miles to go, my tire pressure light came on. I noticed that I had a bolt in my tire. After the worst customer service encounter ever at the Firestone Store, I found Belle Tire. They were super great. My tire was repaired and I was back on the road in 30-40 minutes. And to top off the great customer service, the repair was at no charge. You can be assured that my next tire purchase will be at Belle Tire, West Main. Thanks guys.
Think twice before stopping at this Belle Tire! As if car troubles weren't bad enough already! My car was running fine and I dropped it off to have the Tie Rods replaced. After their work they said the car wouldn't start and I needed a new starter and $550 worth of additional work. I've since towed it to a trusted repair shop that got my car started right away by fixing a blown fuse free of charge. The starter was fine! I also never got the alignment I paid for. My tire pressure warning light went as I got onto I-94. I was so worried as I was on my way to a work conference. I pulled in and they were able to check my tires quickly. Dallas was awesome!!! Such quick and friendly service. I made it to my conference on time!!! Thanks Belle Tire and Dallas!!!!!
