RecommendedI dropped by unexpectedly with a flat tire and bent rim. They were very busy. Ryan was efficient and pleasant. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. They called me to pick up my car an hour earlier than expected and did not charge for their services. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them.
Customer service, they got me in got me out and my truck rides like it's new again!!! Thank you Micky and Mike and the guy who did the hard work!!!
I stopped into belle tire Plymouth rd Livonia on Tuesday morning 8am. I had a tire with a nail in it. it's in the tread but too close to side wall to fix. manager said only option is to replace. I said let's do it. they didnt have tire in stock but said he would get one here later that day. they close at 6pm. so around 5 I called to see if they had the tire yet. the manager gave me attitude and said it wasn't there yet , and that he will call me when he gets it. today is Saturday, I'm still waiting for his call.
Got wheels and tires for my Jeep. Micky talked me into different tires from what I wanted. I'm so glad I listened to him! Love the look and love the feel of the Mastercrafts LSR Grand Touring. All the guys were very helpful even when I couldn't make up my mind 😊 Thanks Guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
