Couldn't take 5 minutes to put on a spare for my daughter so they could put a new tire on the next day. Heartless. A visiting tow truck driver did it in 5 minutes for free. How's that for "out-the-door-pricing"? Look it up, I have spent a lot of money there, but no more!
3 hours seems to be the wait no matter what you have done . I was in for new tires and alinement. After going to belle tire in Belleville and they were out of the tires I needed. Had the customer service call and make a appointment for 1 pm for me . Spent my Saturday in 2 different belle tire stores . Maybe belle tire needs to pay there customers for there time ,then they would be on top of things .
lied about price on phone tried to up the price when I got there by 45 bucks . made a appointment for 730 just so I couldn't go somewhere else . I dont do business with liars
They completely honored my online quote and the some! It was an outstanding experience and incredibly reasonable ($ 320 for 4 tires out the door!) Much appreciated!!
