Fixed my tire balance problem and I am a very happy man I will return in the future and give them my business.
I set an appointment for a tire rotation and was told it would take about an hour. When I showed up for the appointment I was told 2-2 1/2 hours, also my phone number is linked to someone else’s account! Clearly they don’t have their store in order.
Don't go to this location or to this chain! My family usually had our auto stuff done with the belle tire chain. Never again! I spent 90 dollars here for a tire patch and an alignment and I discovered that afternoon that one of their technicians took 6 dollars in change out of my car. I'm the only one who has access to my car, so this isn't a mistake. I spoke to the manager and all he would say was "sorry you had to deal with that". always got helpful service at this location! the staff is very nice and always went out of their way to help me out!
$240.00 to mount 4 tires. All night auto right down the street was $20.00 per tire.
RecommendedBought my 2nd set of tires from here today. They were slammed like always on a Saturday. Mickey warned me that they may not be done until 5 (when they close). I showed up at 5, got out of there around 5:30. They checked my alignment for free!! Excellent service as always. Thanks tire guys!! Especially Mickey
It takes a village... One of my young figure skaters had a flat tire today. Her mom is in Canada and her dad is in California… We were at practice at Eddie Edgar Ice Arena and I asked a couple of moms to take the car there. Not only is the car fixed and ready to safely take her home, but these employees endured a swarm of mama bears trying to protect their cub. They graciously handled the confusion of several moms interfering to get this child safely home… Thanks gentlemen! ❤️❤️❤️
