Avoid Belle Property if you value honesty and communication. Extremely frustrating experience dealing with agents who conveniently stop returning calls once difficult questions are asked. Felt misled throughout the process, particularly by David Thiessen. Plenty of promises, very little transparency or follow through. Be very careful and make sure you verify absolutely everything yourself before trusting what you’re told.
Have been dealing with Gianni who has provided an excellent service and been very open with communication and ultra responsive. He has been very transparent and is very professional to deal with. For a first home buyer, this has made the process a whole lot easier.
We're in the process of purchasing a property in Melbourne CBD. Most agents we dealt with are very transactional and the practice of gazumping is widespread - an offer being accepted is never a guarantee! Gianni from Belle on the other hand was very professional, easy to deal with, and extended a hand to go beyond.
