I had a wonderful first visit! Dr. McCormack was very knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was patient and explained things in ways that were easy to understand and with this being the first time for me needing glasses, it was very helpful. Donna was also great in helping me pick out a pair of glasses that were complimentary to the shape of my face, never being pushy but always being honest. I was thrilled when my glasses came in much quicker than expected. I would definitely recommend this office!
Last week I had an eye issue that involved 3 separate visits to Belle Hall Eye Care! They squeezed me in last minute after the holiday weekend for immediate treatment with a couple of antibiotics. The front desk staff was kind and helpful each time I was there (even before closing time and right before businesses were closing due to Hurricane Irma). My family has been patients of Belle Hall Eye Care since they opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. They're professional, courteous and friendly. Always treat us with respect taking the time to answer questions. Our grandson gets his eye exams during the summer when he visits from Florida and looks forward to seeing Dr. Lori again.
My patient history started when Dr. Lori opened in 2014. It was big step and I was so proud of her accomplishment. She and Maxine couldn't be more thoughtful, pleasant, and sincere individuals and have carried that same stamina through the practice. Absolutely the best! The doctors & staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have gotten countless compliments on my new frames, thanks to the girls helping pick out the "perfect pair" for my face. They always have the latest equipment too.
