Kristy gave us a tour of the building and I was blown away with how beautiful and unique this building is. Staff were very nice and they take care of the building well!

Beyond disappointed with Bella Rose, had a scheduled tour today but when I got there they had no idea I was coming. I was told to ask for house manager when I arrived & she couldn't give me the tour because it was her lunch time. A nice young lady walked me up & down the halls but no model room to view & not even floor plans to reference. I've toured multiple facilities in Tulsa Area & this was by far the worst experience I've had, very much felt like their sales team either totally dropped the ball or just didn't give a rip... read more
