whole new face – Hey, I just have to say I'm loving the way my skin is changing right before my eyes. You ladies who go in for those fluff spa facials are missing the point and wasteing your money. I've been seeing Leisa since before she was at Bella Pelle and she made me see the light. Have one of the facial peels with a DNA treatment. Seriously, people are asking me if I've had work done.
great experiance! – I had been hearing about Bella Pelle for a while through friends in the know, and finally decided to check them out after my usual place messed up my appointment (again). Anyway, I called last minute and they were able to squeeze me in before the holiday weekend. A true gem in San Francisco – Wow, I finally found what I was looking for. After many many horrifying binikin waxing experiences, I finally found the place that got it right. Bellapelle is the model for what skincare should feel like. It has a clean and professional setting accented with fun and variety of services. I found The Place! – This is the place! I've been searching for a place that I could easily get to and that offers all of the services that I need on a regular basis. I have been to a couple different people at Bellapelle and they are all good - truly! There is no 'attitude' if you go to a different person, like in most places. Great Brazilian Wax! – I've tried many other places and these brazilian waxing specialists are the best here! Fast, efficient and very thorough - spring for the ingrown extractions - it's the difference between sorta smooth and baby smooth. Shelley, the owner, is terrific but unlike other places, her trained staff are just as good.
Very Welcoming – Shelley is wonderful! She was very warm and welcoming and did a fantastic brow job. There was a small mix-up with one of the facialists, but they did their best to accomodate us. They may not have a very luxe atmosphere, but they make up for it with their skill and down to earth attitude. I would definitely recommend Bella Pelle.
Best Brows – I have tried many places in SF (not to mention NYC) and Shelley is by far the best. She really listens to what you want, takes her time and gets it right. She is the only person I would go to now. I have also gotten Brazilians at Belle Pelle & they are pro (quick, good products). Hands down the best waxing in SF.
Facials That Are Truly Special – BellaPelle skin care is absolutely the best. I came away from my first facial glowing, relaxed, and with a real game plan for my skin. Laurie is the most knowledgable esthetician I have ever been to. Her facial was fantastic, her personality fun, plus she helped me find a real solution for my persistant acne. I'm so grateful for the entire experience. If your acne is driving you crazy get in to see Laurie now!!!
Perfection! – You can't say a bad thing about this place. I've only had waxing since I have a facialist somewhere else who I am faithful to, but the waxing service, attitude, atmosphere, location and Shelly (the owner) are smiply perfect. I've been EVERYWHERE (Marilyn Jaeger in SF, J. Sisters in NYC) but this is hands-down the best. So professional, so perfect from greeting to execution of the wax job, to exit.
