Great place to work! Our Residents are great! I like meeting new people everyday!
Had a pass for my visitor like I always do, yet the person's car was towed anyway!
We lived their for a full year. Always paid rent on time, kept everything clean and nice and all that. We move and all of sudden we don't get a deposit back and we end up owing them money . Forget it done, after everything they put us through and raising rent and all that. They F over the military. I don't recommend any military families moving their because they say they will take care of you and that's the biggest lie. Even if you aren't military they don't take care of you.

The staff at Bellaire Ranch Apartments are awesome! Nikki, Pablo, Anita and manager Lisa are a well-oiled team-working machine. Their priorities are well placed at this location. They pride themselves on effective communication, site and tenant safety, maintaining the facilities, ongoing education and training to stay abreast of all changes within the industry, and fun. I have and would always recommend this place to anyone I know seeking a residence.

This place blows, I have a parking sticker and yet still get towed, won't help at all. This is the second time being towed I know they're getting a kick back. Don't move here, they tell you your rent is one thing but then they charge you "service fees" and other bullshit. Front office couldn't care less about you. The "upgrades" in the apartment are done poorly like a 12 year old put the flooring in. I wish I could give this place 0 stars
Will never move back here again. I had issues that needed fix that we never fixed the year i was there with multiple attempts to get it fixed. It took 6 months to repair my front door correctly when it was kicked in from the previous tenants. Parking was always a nightmare when getting home from work at 5:30 and not having a place to park. Walls and floor were paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

This place is run by a bunch of crooks. I ask to have a person from the staff come and do a walk through as I was moving they refused three times. Just found out why, they charge 115 for cleaning even though the place was left as clean as possible, 70 for carpet which was old and needed replacing, and 108 for paint. I'm sure they refuse to do a walk through as it would be impossible to rip people off when you are both looking at a clean apartment.
