Maintenance is horrible! I’m literally locked in my apartment the door knob broke and I’ve called maintenance twice and no one has shown up yet! What if there was a fire? I’m on the second floor and am now late for work! This is frustrating!!!!
If you like paying to have your car towed on top of your rent, only to see passed out drug addicts illegally parked in spaces you technically paid for and the Management does nothing about it, then Bellaire Ranch is for you.
WARNING! This apartment complex will tow your guests’ cars. Due to poor planning, they didn’t build enough parking spaces and therefore don’t have enough capacity for their residents, let alone guests. Any of your guests that get their cars towed will have to pay up to $300 to get them back. There are many other apt complexes in the city with adequate parking that you should lease at instead.

Terrible management staff. Whole complex is doing resurfacing and they forgot to mention that there was reserved parking spots (you can hardly see signs on the ground stating that they are reserved) in areas people might have to park in during the resurfacing. First day and already 25 people got their vehicles towed. And the manager (Lisa Loflin) says it's our fault for parking in those spots and not knowing.
