The other day I went into bellagio nails salon and me and my daughter got out pedicures done and I was very unhappy with my service. Thomas did my pedicure and was too fast with everything and was very unprofessional with his service and spoke in his native tongue and the face expression on his face was as if he was cursing at me. I was applaud at the thought of that, and would never to return again, I recommend this to anyone who decides to go here to get any service done. Annie, is my favorite!!!!! She does an amazing job!!!! Shes very quick and very sweet. Ive been to Chelan and Omak and no one does a good job like Annie. I drive from Brewster.

I have been going for three years. A full service spa waxing, nails all types, feet many types. Annie is the best.
Went in the salon tonight after working 12 hrs. Got there at 7:45 pm. Store hours said they are open until 9 pm. Requested a gel mani and was turned away because they "were cleaning up". I reminded them that the hours said they were open until 9 pm and the was an hour and 15 min away. Again I was told they were sorry but they were cleaning. All this time the 4 employees there where just sitting around. If this is how they treat a regular or any costumer, why would I not go somewhere else!!
My favorite place for relaxation. Great salon experience.
I love Annie and her staff! They are always so gracious and do a great job!
