sales associates followed me around the store for no legitimate reason staring at me the entire time, racial profiling of friends, acted like my friends and I were stealing when we were given free samples as a part of an arts festival, zero out of ten. would not recommend unless you like being judged
You are asking how can you do better, By honoring spa gift cards!!! Several friends were denied service with their gift cards!!!! Also by telling customers when they book a service, you are NEW owners BUT are using the same name!!!!! You are so decietful!!! You have LOST some loyal customers, well that is loyal to the old owners! Terriible customer service!!!!!!!!🤬You should be so Ashamed! Warning if you have a gift card they WILL NOT honor it! Take your business to a reputable Spa!

Angel was my massage therapist. Her attitude and smile added an extra touch to my surprise spa day. Great service and great experience. I cannot wait until the renovations are complete.

I have been a customer of Belladonna for the past 15+ years...went in today for the first time since the renovation is complete and WOW the place is looking great. My massage with Scott, was amazing as always. He manages to provide deep tissue massage which is so relaxing that I fall asleep. Love all the local art and products now being offered, nice touch.
