RecommendedWonderful, relaxing experience. Very beautiful space, with friendly, accommodating staff. One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had (by Letrice) and amazing pedicure as well! Thank you is not enough!! Will be back as soon as possible!
I had a great experience at Belladonna today. The staff was wonderful and very catering. I went in for a hydrating and firming facial with Frank. He was very nice and personable. I loved every bit of my facial including the results. Much thanks to Lindsey for recommending Frank and taking time out to show me around the spa. I highly recommend going here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wanted to spend a nice long weekend in the suite with my wife and 48 hours before we get there they cancel the reservation, making me scramble to find something last minute. They point at the booking site, booking site points at them. Everyone has an excuse but I don't have a place to stay. F- me, I guess. Thanks.
I really recommend if you are looking to be pampered or for a relaxing serene experience to keep looking because this definitely isn’t it! The concierge likes to go through your things that are locked away so please don’t bring anything of value and foolishly think it will be safe. The staff is clueless and careless we were not even offered a tour of the grounds, none of the amenities were reviewed with us and after walking in on the concierge rummaging through my locker with my clothes, purse and jewelry the staff just look... read more
It was an unforgettable experience quiet peaceful serenity. Champagne and detailed work were the highs of this experience. U must try it!
