I had a massage, facial, lunch and a pedicure yesterday. Everything was wonderful. The staff was professional. The day was relaxing. We left feeling refreshed. Thank you, it was a much needed break.
Great service. Facial with Alba was so relaxing and very well done. Loved the make-up consultation with Brittany, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jill was really attentive and nice, and helped my man pick some good stuff for his shaving. Awesome experience overall.
Alana is magical with her facials and eyebrows. She made my day at the spa. Thank you!
The service was terrible. No locker, shoes three sizes too small, a facial before a massage so they can get oil all over your face. Incredibly disappointing...and they couldn't get a taxi so my husband had to walk blocks to get one. This is not the spa I remember! The lack of care with customer service was frightening.
My husband and I had couples massage here and loved it!
