They don't accept their own gift cards from 1.5 years ago- marked "do not expire." I was told that they announced that they weren't accepting gift cards anymore on Facebook but that was a clear lie. What an unethical way to scam hardworking people out of $100. Awful management and I highly recommend avoiding this business.

Had someone on the staff steal cash out of my wallet......just beware!!! The manager did rectify the situation by offering to reimburse the money that was stolen and said that I would get a credit on my next service that I booked there.....not sure that I will go back, it’s a horrible feeling to know that someone dug through my belongings, such a violation. The spa services were great, it was a much needed day of relaxation until I went to pay for my services.....whole experience was ruined.
I’m absolutely appalled by the level of customer service I’ve received today. After a hard week, my husband kindly booked a last-minute appointment for me. On the way, i got stuck in traffic. He called before my appointment time, informed them of the issue, and was hung up on. I called, and was informed that they couldn’t make an exception to the cancellation policy (and I didn’t want to cancel, just reschedule)because I was was informing them after my appointment time.
