Okay, so, let me tell you about this apartment complex... or should I say, disaster zone. First off, the management is completely useless. They're never around when you need them, and when you finally do get a hold of someone, they act like you're bothering them. And don't even get me started on the "amenities." The gym is a joke – half the equipment is broken, and the pool looks like a swamp. Honestly, save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. This place is a nightmare.
I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and I’ve been incredibly impressed. There is constantly staff keeping the grounds beautiful. Huge trees, kids running around playing, and beautiful green grass each morning when I walk out. It’s a lovely place to live as the location is fantastic. The office staff have always been very helpful. I know Ian has helped my husband and I on multiple occasions. I love that they are pet friendly as well.
I just want anyone reading this post to know that I’m not the type of person to write a comment, let alone leave a review so that should say something. I have been living here for over a year now and not once have I had any issues or concerns with any other tenants and the staff. They are amazing and anytime I have questions, comments, and/or concerns, they’re willing to help and go above and beyond to satisfy my needs. When i walked into Bella Vista Apartments Bethany was very welcoming and kind! She answered all my questions and had very detailed, and helpful answers! She toured me and my roommate, and showed us the property, and where everything is and was very respectful to the both of us! The manager was very professional and accommodating, we couldn’t have asked for better customer service!
My impression at this place was not a good one, first let’s say the office hours are opening at 9 am we showed to the property at 9:37 and all their doors where completely locked. After several attempts they finally opened the office. The guy that let us in told us that they had been having a little bit of issues in their morning and were running behind which is understandable since I also work in property management.
