I just moved out about a month ago and I have nothing against the apartments it wasn’t all that but it gave us a roof over our head and a place to stay people around there were really nice people but my thing is against the management I did have to put a deposit down when I move in but I’m just confused because we got all of 70.00 of our deposit back but our lease ended on the 7th of November we were out of there by the 5th but they charged us a prorated rent from the 1st to the 6th and also a late fee because he said our re... read more
we lived in these apartments back when they were Riverside Apartments. they were nice back then with grass out around the streets and bus stop areas and inbetween the apartment walk ways and park n pool areas. the huge green shade tree inbetween apartment 100 and 114 was so nice and the playground was nice and mostly in the shade. lots of areas for kids to play and run. the swimming pool was way nice when it was actually open but had no ramp to get into the pool or water for those who had problems with walking or stairs. the... read more
Absolutely the most horrendous experience of my life was living here. The manager does drugs plus there’s a new “manager” every other month, they ended up garnishing me for two years im assuming the manager at the time was keeping my rent money for herself. Plus there’s dog poop everywhere when they claim to fine people for not picking up. And ROACHES. I left my apartment cleaner than it was when I got it and still never got my deposit back.
Worst complex and terrible management cheap isn't the best option people! Manager needs a reality check hope he gets what's coming to him
