Cheryl was absolutely amazing! Being a type 1 diabetic, I've always been a little hesitant with anyone touching my feet, let alone give me a pedicure. First time client and I left so happy after a 8 inch hair cut! She did exactly what I visioned, while making me feel heard. She asked many times for my input and happiness level. This review is for an incident that happened at the Windham location in March. I had scheduled a Brazilian Blowout with Karson. She has done them for me in the past. This last one was horrific. She burned off some of my hair and I have some hair that is burnt but it reaches so close to the scalp that I can’t just cut it off.
