Very carring group, willing to go the extra mile
Absolutely terrible. If you care about your family members dont take them here. My great grandpa got sceptic and instead of taking him to the hospital right away they let him suffer for days. When they finally took him to the hospital he died 2 hours later. Now my great grandma is being treated terrible. They over dosed her and didnt bother to feed her for 2 days. I used to take care of mentally disabled adults and this is unacceptable. I hope you guys get shut down before you kill my grandma and anyone elses loved ones. You... read more
Bella Terra has been great coordinating the care of my Dad, every member of the staff is always pleasant and responsive. The nurses, cna's and all staff are great The food quality is AMAZING! The activities director is a jewel. This is the 7th facility Dad has been in in his year and by far he best! Thanks Bella Terra for taking such great care of my Dad,
