I ordered flowers 5 days ahead of time to be delivered on a Friday for my mother’s retirement. It’s now almost a week later and flowers still haven’t been delivered. I can’t get through to anyone. Anytime I call, it just goes to voicemail and they take hours to return my call, or don’t return it at all and I have to keep calling. Very disappointed in the customer service considering how important timely delivery is for this type of a product. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here.

Laura at Bella Studios was absolutely wonderful. It took a little while to connect however once I got her on the phone she answered all of my questions regarding my daughters wedding. She had great ideas and put my mind at ease. I had complete confidence in her and come wedding day, I was not disappointed!! The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! Working with Bella Studios was a piece of cake! They chose beautiful flowers to go with the colors and vibe of the wedding we were going for! Before we chose what exactly we wanted they were able to send us an itemized list with the prices. I really enjoyed working with this team. Thank you so much!
