This was my firs visit for myself and it started with very little wait time. Tracy did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth, much better than my previous dental care provider. All in all, a very impressive first appointment!
Always on time for my appointment, and very warm and welcoming. Kids never have a concern about going to the dentist office! They generally have easy appointments, and are happy to go when the time comes! I think it goes without saying, the staff at Bella Smiles is excellent with children!! The office is very clean and I had a short wait. The dr took his time and explained the options I have to fix my teeth. To my surprise he did not push the most expensive.!
Very understanding, very professional. Dr Lotatdo is wonderful as are all of the staff.
Everyone is very friendly. My dentist and dental hygienist are excellent.
The staff was very cordial and the dentist was extremely gentle. I am not a fan of dental work and when I broke my filling, I thought I was going to need a root canal. The dentist took a look at it and said he was going to bond the tooth instead and saved the tooth. There was no pain felt even the novocaine shot was painless.
Every time that I asked my son,what the doctor said today? He always said nothing. I would like a little bit of communication.
Everything is perfect !
