I live in LA and needed to send sympathy flowers to one of my clients in Rialto. A quick search on Yelp led me to call Bella Rose. I looked at their website, and their prices looked reasonable. I called and placed an order with Miranda, who was very helpful. I paid over the phone for the Ivory Elegance Floral Basketfor $90. I added $10 for delivery. Miranda emailed me the receipt and updated me once the delivery was completed. Excellent and reliable customer service.

Super bad experience at your shop today...the girl's attitude was the worst!!!...and treating the employee or the coworker like she did ,was not the nicest thing I saw today...I think you should work on this situacion ,so people don't experience something like this again...we customers don't come to this place to see long faces...I felt Soo bad for the employee.. he looked scared to even ask her for prices or quotes...also I had to fix the flowers how I was expecting to look ... I specify it's for my husband
