DO NOT GO HERE! My experience with Bella Medspa has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I made an appointment to have 2 areas of coolsculpting done. They cancelled my appointment THREE TIMES with less than 24 hours notice. I have a job, as many of us do, and I took off work to have this done, and they couldn't have cared less about not only the inconvenience, but my hours lost at work. Went for cool sculpturing and it's bs. After 4 days I had no pain and was worry if the procedure was done correctly. When they call to check up on me I explain this and they said not everyone gets pain. So 16 weeks later and no difference. The before and after pictures looked the same. I spent a lot of money for this and was quite upset so I ask if they could try the procedure again. They said they had to get a manager to call me.
