First time we have been and it was all the great things I have heard! The pizza was delicious!
Was excited to try this since everything was made from “scratch”. The red sauce was garbage. It’s definitely way too sweet and NOT MADE FROM SCRATCH, it tasted like 3 year old canned Ragu. The ham on my pizza was also garbage. It tasted like the refrigerator. We ended up paying almost $40 for our dinner and it was not worth it. Don’t know who voted this as best Italian food or best pizza, but that is so not the case. Will never go here again.
This has been my favorite restaurant in town, but today I called in to make a "To Go" order and the girl answering the phone laughed with another employee and hung up on me. Super unimpressed, really unprofessional.
Indifferent counter staff, more concerned with the three people that came in after me, and turning the pizza in the display cabinet than taking my order, so my money and I walked out the door, never to return. Here's a BIG clue for you. Your customers ARE your paycheck. Treat them like royalty, you'll get nice tips and solid repeat customers. Treat them poorly and they will go, never to return.

After waiting an hour and a half for our food, it came out missing my friends toppings on her pizza. We asked for the toppings and 30 min later she finally went to front and asked again. The rude unprofessional owner basically threw the basil at her. The food was good but the wait and the service is why I'm giving it a two. Also the owner is so unprofessional I'm willing to bet he will reply with an extremely rude and unprofessional response to this.
