Bella Fiore This apartment complex is good if you need a place that is not expensive. But the management doesnt like to get involved in noise complaint issues. It has improved drastically since under new management and they continue to improve. It is near food, gas, shopping, entertainment and public transportation.
Best Place to live I have been here for a year, so far, I really love the complex. Management is great, I have had NO problems, except for the construction on Rancho. Now, my lease is up, I am gonna resign. I knew about the drama, before it became Bella Fiore, then, I would not have turned around on the property, and didn't want to drive by here. Not too bad. The apartment is nice. There was new flooring before I moved in and the place is clean, gated, and affordable for what you get. The manager allowed my large Labrador dog so that was my main concern!!! However, it can get a little rowdy at certain times. Some people think it's a good place to loiter but this isn't the norm on a frequent basis.
AWESOME!!!! love my landlady love the staff I love this place I have lived here for a year already and I'm about to renew my lease.. the staff here are very friendly I love everything about this place. I have two kids and just got hired at panda express and winning would really be great...
Bella Fiore I have finally found the place that is perfect for me. The neighborhood is quiet, and very comfortable. My neighbors are friendly, and the management staff is to die for. Rossie (the apartment manager) and her crew, have made this the perfect place. My lease is about to expire, I was gonna move, but, there is no place like home. I am gonna re-sign my lease and continue to stay here.
ugh Ugh. Wish I did my homework better. This place has loud obnoxious neighbors and our cold water comes out as hot as a garden hose in the summer. And the bedroom walls are this as cardboard so you can hear every word your neighbors say. Its ridiculous.
THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NOW CALLED BELLA FIERO THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY,THEY PRETEND TO BE FRIENDLY WATCH OUT FOR ROSE SHE IS OFF THE CHAIN.SHE ONLY ABOUT MONEY NOT PEOPLE,THEY SAY THAT YOU HAVE CIELING FANS IN EVERY UNIT FIRST LIE THEY GAVE MY SONS THE WORST APARTMENT FULL OF ROACHES OUTSIDE YOUR UNIT ITS TRASH AND CIGERATE BUTTS YOU DO NOT WANT TO RENT THESE UNITS I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP
